美容室の予約の取り方は
サロンによって様々で、
正しい基準があるとすれば
通ってるお客様が満足かどうか。
うちの場合は、
できるだけ待たせないように
一日の流れをできるだけスムーズに考え
ご予約を受けるようにしています。
もちろん待たせないのが良いとかではなく、
「待ってでも通いたい」
とお客様が言う人気サロンもたくさんあるはず。
待ち時間ができても
予約は断らず入れるというサロンもあれば、
完全予約で、それ以外は断るというサロンもあり
考え方はそれぞれ。
うちは….
僕が待たせたくないだけです（笑）
できる限りお客様の把握している情報を元に
お客様の要望に応え、
僕の考えを理解しているレセプションが
色々な状況を判断し予約を取る。
うちの予約の取り方は
効率的というよりは
人情的かもですね（笑）
システムというよりは
人ありきなので、
もし２店舗目出すなら
やり方全然変わるでしょうね（笑）
もちろん営業はライブなので
想定外のことも起きる事もあり
お待たせすることもありますので
その時はごめんなさい( ；∀；)
明日のご予約は
ほぼ終日埋まってますが、
メニューによっては
お昼１名、１５時以降１名お取りできます。
日曜はまだ少し空きがあります。
ネットでのご予約が埋まってても
お電話でならお受けできる場合もございます(^ ^)
